PAUL SHELTER

CareLine / Mitigate Injury Management CEO, President and Founder Paul Shelter has 25 years’ experience in executive level Safety & Injury Management at Fortune 100 companies, primarily in aerospace and manufacturing sectors.

Paul has also provided injury management consultation to industries across the country. His injury reduction strategies often led to 50-90% reductions in injury-related costs and millions of hours without a recordable or lost-time injury. He has been recognized for having achieved a 1st Place Global Safety Rating and prestigious “Safest Company in America” status by the National Safety Council.

Through his experience, Paul dealt with antiquated practices and serious deficiencies in workplace safety. As a result, he developed a software platform that delivers a comprehensive solution that encompasses proactive safety strategies, state of the art, responsive care and streamlined regulatory reporting: an end-to-end, injury management solution. That solution is CareLine.

Paul has founded several successful companies in the last two decades. He is a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt and ISO 9001 & 14001 Certified Auditor. He was a U.S. Army Armor Division Captain for 15 years. Paul earned his degree in Environmental and Occupational Health from California State University / Northridge and a United States Military commission from UCLA. He is fluent in Spanish.

Paul is a dual US-Canadian citizen and Western New York native who has lived in California, China and Washington DC.
